How do i make a picture from my computer to my signature?

I want to put a picture from my computer into my siggy, but how do i make it full size so pepole dont have to click on it to see the full size? this are the pic and how big it is (DONT COPY OR STEAL ITS COPYRIGHTED BY MY FRIEND AND HE MADE IT):

Just use Imageshack.us, upload the file, take the direct link image and put it between tags in your signature space. It should show then. :P
