Billing Issue

Featured Replies

Okay, so I'd like a little advice here.

I recently broke up with my longtime girlfriend. Long story, but wanted to mention that. We broke up, and 2 days later I renewed my RS subscription. Later that day I checked my bank and found out that my ex had drained our checking account down to about 3 dollars. My payment for Runescape was rejected but I had already gotten a few days of members. Because of this, they have diabled my account and I'm not in "negative credit."

Does anyone have some advice on what I can do to get my account back or know if there's some option Jagex offers cause I couldn't find one other than contacting customer support, which I did already.

Help? :x

Maybe pay your bill and renew credit. Does not sound too serious. Maybe try a credit card or similar.

So you think that when I can deposit my check on wednesday and send renew my membership, my account will be unlocked and they'll just subtract the days off the current subscription?
