Ok, my question is alittle strange.

 

 

 

I'm 80% sure that before the update that gave us the Wily and Lazy cats, that we could make our Overgrown cat grow as big has one dog or one hourse.

 

 

 

Is it my imagination? Can we still do it? If yes, how?

Yes it's your imagination. They never changed how overgrown cats looked.
