the good points are the details very nice but the dragon has the white and black outline it makes it look like someone just took a cut out picture of a green drag and slapped it on there. still good 8/10

You seem to ave some drawing skills. You shouldn't use those black outlines. Just erase em, made work with a darker green as a outline. I like your shading though :)
