FFS, it's getting on my nerve...

 

 

 

Recently I tried the new farming route that can go along with playing NDS game.

 

 

 

Log on - start from on top of troll stronghold

 

Ecto to Port Phasmatys patches

 

Take 1way fairy ring to 011 clicks to hops near seer

 

walk to catherby patches

 

walk to patches near ardougre

 

home teleport to use glory to draynor and use patches south of falador

 

trollheim teleport back to on top

 

Log off

 

 

 

When I arrive to on top of troll stronghold.. the herb there is nearly ready. I logged off to play some NDS, and log on every 10 min to check to see if it's ready... it's never ready until I stay off full 25 min or stay on full 25 min to make it finish grown.

 

 

 

So is logging in / off causing herb to ignore growth tick?

As best I know, logging off shouldn't affect your herbs/trees/whatever at all. It shouldn't affect the time it takes to grow, nor the likeliness of it getting diseased (assuming you don't check back while you're online either).

 

 

 

I guess it could be some sort of bug in the system though. When you logged in/out every ten minutes, how many times did you do that?

Well it varies, but in short times.. for example, starting from on top of troll stronghold, I planted a herb seed at 5 pm. Then go around planting flower seeds, toadflax seeds, and a hop seeds. At the end, back at troll stronghold at around 8:50.

 

 

 

At that point, I thought wait 15 minutes maybe it'll grow eariler. I check in, nope not finished. Check 10 min more, nope not ready. Check 10 min later again, nope not ready, check 5 min later, nope not ready, check 5 min more, nope not ready, grow already FFS.
