BSOD errors.... again...

Featured Replies

K so i just reformated, and all. I just got a BSOD error about 10 minutes ago... looks like the exact same one, which leads me to belive it must be hardware then, because I had this computer for about 7 months after it was first made, and it never did any of this stuff.

I've already tried the ram, anyone got any other idea? (Could the power box do this?)

I already checked, its not overheating.

Does the BSOD still mention nvtcp.sys? If so it seems a reasonably common problem. You may wish to peruse some of the posts listed here.

The general consensus seems to be that it's caused by nVidia nForce drivers (specifically the network driver) and can be fixed by up/downgrading them. This is the most useful page I could find on the matter.
