It seems to be usable only as a one-way trip to Zanaris, because no combination to it has been discovered yet. (It's possible that the combination consists of a series of teleports, like the path to the Fairy Queen.) This fairy ring is located south of the Port Phasmatys farming allotment, in the Haunted Woods. Walk south from the water pump into the woods, then turn south east to find it.
