If i use an admiral or 2 will it increase my chances of getting a manta ray etc etc or is the fishing boost not taken into account

I dont think you can "pot" or "pie" in this case to be able to fish somthing higher then your normal level.

 

 

 

But I suppose it would increase the chance for more fish.
