Just increases accuracy probably more often max hits, but does not give 10% more DAMAGE, only the range one does.

 

 

 

Also if your planning on mass maging use mystic, the 100k's youll spend on ahrims is not worth it, trust me.

 

 

 

Eaither way I think mystic > pc outfit(mage) but for range id use the pc outfit.
