Search the drawers to the East in the Lighthouse, Southwest of Rellekka. You must have at least started the Horror from the Deep quest to enter the Lighthouse.

 

 

 

When you try to open the drawers, you will see that they're locked, and there will be a message that says "I'm guarding the key at the market". Go to the marketplace in Rellekka and kill a Fremennik guard for the key.

If you are talking about the lighthouse head to barbarian assualt. Go north to the coast and you will see stepping stones then go over them to the lighthouse. But you wont be able to go in if you havent done Horrors of Deep like it says and if you've done the quest you should know this?

What is it exactly that you can't find? If it's the lighthouse, it's been explained already. If it's the drawers, well that's pretty much dummy-proof. If it's the guard, again pretty much self-explanatory.
