well i think a post like this before but tttia can you tell me some good pixel sig making programs BESIDES, MS paint and photoshop? And when you tell me what other programs there are can you please give a breif description of why its good and useful? thanks. 8)

If you wish to contact tttia and only tttia, please private message him. Also, a pixel making program can only get as good as photoshop. And the only reason for photoshop is layers, and many don't even need that. Pixel working is done pixel by pixel, and paint can facilitate that just fine. For good results you shouldn't look for the easy way out.
