robgrout Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 it is a common drop from elfs and can be bought from an npc (not sure which 1.... i presume an elf...for about 300-500gp?) i have got about 80+ of them from dh'ing elfs it is a common drop and good xp that is how i would recomend getting them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
