in the construction costume room guide it states that none of the cape racks can hold the skill capes AND the quest cape.

 

 

 

I was just wondering if this is correct?

Only the lowest lvl cape rack can't hold achievement capes (quest capes and skill capes), all other higher lvl ones can hold a certain amount with the marble and magic cape rack being able to hold all capes and achievement capes. All cape racks can hold all non-achievement capes.

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

I can see your point of view, the wording on that part of the guide is very confusing, I will update it when I get the chance. Thanks for pointing it out.
