A friend is here in the USA visiting me from Canada.

 

She just attempted to pay for her membership which had expired previously, but is unable to do so.

 

She had paid with PayPal, but she got a message saying her payment could not be accepted because the contact info in account does not match.

 

 

 

It is recognizing her IP as here in the USA, yet her account is stuck on showing her actual ******* in Canada and won't allow her to change it temporarily to Texas in order to get her membership started again.

 

 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what she can do to correct the problem?

 

We had really hoped to play RS together off & on for the next two weeks while she is on vacation here.

try going on to the paypal website and looking at their troubleshooting deal. See their policy on buying something away from home. Once you read that, then you can probably pay for it, or use another paying method.
