Not trying to be mean, but it would be kind of hard to make money with your stats, with a little training you should be able to though.

 

 

 

I would suggest getting 44 rcing then rcing nats or maybe getting fishing up then cartching monkfish to sell.

 

 

 

Or if you wanted to spend a bit more time to get hunter up and catch red chins until 99 which would take a month-2 months depending on how dedicated you were but resulting in 20-30m profit.
