To further elaborate, I am in F2P this month and I am thinking of dropping the armour for bank space (if it's free to replace). I can't test this out for myself.

Well I'm 90% sure mine says rat burgiss will replace it for free

 

 

 

I do only have lvl 1 armour atm.

But I am 99% sure replacements are free, given that the original item is free and I know I read it somewhere that they are free to replace.

 

 

 

and FYI giving an answer to a question, even if it is a mistaken answer, is not being a jerk. Being a jerk would of been "omg you idiot it says this in game why can't you just read???" but note I actually gave an answer amidst saying it says it in-game.
