Hmm, ever have a look at a person? Well, for one thing dont follow the stick lines exactly, like the persons stomach should not be so skinny, especially with the hips curving like that (dont make the hips so big). Also his legs should be way bigger. Look at a person with alot of muscles, their arms arent wavey and stuff, they have like different layers of muscles (especially anime and cartoon people).

ok look just so i dont seem like a total jerk, im gonna try to help you out. first, look at a picture of a person or something, like stated above jap animation, like dragon ball z, is something to look at. second, people have hands. third, dont use the line tool unless necessary. fourth, follow one of the tutorials, i know there are some. fifth, save as a png and upload it at imageshack.
