Yesterday, a guy who owns a company gave me one of his Macs, because they were getting new Macs in. The one he gave me is an OS 9.2 and after I try to install stuff, like iTunes or a wireless interenet disk, a message pops up and says it can't find the program/device that made it. And when I go to a lot of websites a safety message pops up, I am not familiar with macs, and I need help.

make sure the install file is .dmg and NOT [Caution: Executable File] and hit the apple button and hit software update to get the latest updates.
