No. You probably can't sell it.

 

That 24k is for low alch, 36 is high. You must do fight caves to get fire cape

i didnÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôt believe that u could sell it. but why is it on tip.it side that is sell and buy prices then?

Just to display the General Store/Low Alch price. They are equivalent, but you can't sell the fire cape to the store.

They are just alch values. It says what it does just because thats what it says on ALL item charts.
