On the fire giants page, its says thay drop up to 300 gold. I was killing them for slayer today, and one droped 3k on me. Just wanted to point that out.

I'll note this down for future reference. If someone else says something along those lines, then I'll happily add the new info on. With the constant inflation of the RS economy, it wouldn't surprise me if Jagex do increase the gold dropped by their popular monsters from time to time.
