What If Jagex made daily limits on your playing time?

I was wondering what would happen if Jagex decided to limit each account to 12 hours per day of activity. What would your reaction be?

 

 

 

I can see both sides of the argument. On 1 hand people probably shouldnt be playing for 12 hours a day anyways for health reasons. Im sure it could probably lessen the impact of some bots that are running 24-7 as well.

 

 

 

 

 

On the other hand, if you are a member and are paying for the service should jagex be able to tell you how much time you can play for?
