October 10, 200718 yr Well, I don't have any major goals that I'm trying to reach. My goals change from day to day, sometimes more frequently. I will probably just use this blog to keep you up to date on my daily accomplishments. So atm, I'm doing some woodcutting. Yews at Gnome Stronghold. I'm not really sure if I should be cutting yews or if it would be faster xp to cut maples and/or willows. The only reason I'm doing wc is because it's something that I can do while multi-tasking other things. Wc and fishing are great for that. But you can't do combat or hunting or other skills while you're also reading or talking or watching a movie. On my way out here to the Gnome Stronghold, I stopped in Edgy bank and there was a guy selling "dhides and dbones worth 26k for only 11k". Well, I'm always interested in a good deal so I traded with him. I got 12 d bones and 14 blue d hides for 11k. Nice! So I took a short break from woodcutting to go offer those dbones on my gilded altar. More later!
October 11, 200718 yr Author Well, I'm back to hunting now - getting red chinchompas at the south end of the lake. I catch black warlock butterflies there too. Less then 50k xp (about 175 more red chins) to level 75. I'd really like to get up to 84 so I can catch the elusive dragon impling! It's really frustrating how crowded the red chin spots get. The north end of the lake and the spot at the far west end of the world are taken in almost every world. I really wish Jagex would make more spots.
October 12, 200718 yr Author OK. So I just leveled up to 75 hunting. Not bad, but I still really want 84. I need to catch another 450 or so red chins to 76. It goes pretty fast, but it's still boring. It's harder cuz you have to pay attention and reset the traps constantly. It's not like wc or fishing where you can space out.
October 13, 200718 yr Author Ok, I got 76 hunting by catching red chinchompas and black warlock butterflies. After cleaning out my bank of some odd items, I'm gonna spend some time on Ape Atoll now working on one of my lowest levels - agility. About 50k xp until next level. It's only about 80 laps, but it's so so boring!
