If you have the skills you can get karamja gloves 3, but you need 100 combat.

 

 

 

This gains access to a gem mine, and ive never seen anyone mine there.

 

 

 

Lvl 100+ have better things to do :P

but just steal some cakes of fly fish some fish in shilo.

 

 

 

it shouldn't be really good food, so you can use pretty much anything.

 

 

 

I find cracking safes a better method to get gems than mining the shilo village gem stones.
