My only suggestion would be the text. Maybe lower opacity some. To not make it stnad out so much

Color Balance?

 

Contrast and Brightness?

 

Scanlines?

 

Text?

 

 

 

Well thats what it looks like.

 

Scanlines almost never work.

 

Make a focal point.
