October 31, 200718 yr I think 1 point more than a prayer potion. For instance, at 99 prayer a prayer potion would restore 31 points, and a super restore 32. I think, just a quickly though-up example. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

October 31, 200718 yr Author you just confused me also lol. but im basically using super restores to recharge my prayer in fight caves. (also to go along with sara brews)
November 1, 200718 yr I think in Fight Caves you could use holy wrench with p pots and s restores equal to sara brews. I died at wave 58 with 11 s restores so if you play it smart and have enough pray bonus then I think it would be good. I had +11 pray
