Thats the best I could do without removing frames :| I don't think its possible at the original size, unless you wanna bring it down to 2-4 colours

and the quality of it has really downgraded.

.2 of a kb and they won't let you use it? Well, i was expecting the mods to be a little bit leanient, but I could get it smaller. The quality will drastically change though...
