Construction 56-60, need help

I have this goal to reach all 60 skills. I only need 4 construction for all 60 skills. Though most of my construction exp is from tears of guthix and I don't know that skill well. Can someone tell me the:

 

 

 

-Cheapest method to 60 cons,

 

-the fastest method to 60 cons.

 

 

 

If someone knows a good guide in the AOW please let me know.

 

 

 

I've also heard of these oak doors that alot of people use to reach 99 construction, can someone explain those to me.
