60-70 Range: Location & Gear?

Going to train from 60-70 Range and need to get it done ASAP. I'll need some advice on these questions:

 

 

 

• Account is P2P, best location to train? (Not doing Slayer)
   
  Best gear to use, established 5m as the average price range?
   
  How many Iron/Steel Arrows required, if I'm not picking them up?
   
  How many hours will this take, estimated?

sell ady bars 2.7-2.8k ea and alch the rune daggers

 

 

 

 

 

wear max pray gear with a sara and zammy object with a decent range bonus

i trained at fire gaints. i used 4k mith bolts with r c bow. it took me about 12-15 hours maybe more.

Zodaic - Haven't done Waterfall quest. What else?

use caged ogres, accessed by biohazard, if you havent done it do it, because that is arguably fastest exp in the game. buy 15k bone bolts, use full red d hide. just power through it, 12-15 hours max.
