Dual Moniters (Not what you're thinking)

Last night while I was laying in bed, I thought that it would be pretty niftey if there was a way to hook up a second moniter to my computer and have it in my room, so that I can control the computer from my room, but the acual computer be in another room. My room is directly beside the room with the computer, so I could run a wire through the wall if I needed to, and I have a wireless keyboard and mouse, and I'm pretty sure they can go through walls. So, could this be done?

Yea, but how would I go about plugging in two moniters and getting them to show the same thing?

you need a graphics card which has 2 ports on it, or another graphics card, then you just need to set the driver settings to clone the display

Same way you'd link up two screens to show half the comp on one and half on the other, I suppose. Just with a different setting.

People do this alot. Many times they will be... say... editing a video on one monitor, and browsing the desktop on the other, or looking though differnt clips... or something, you know?
