You must have completed the Priest in Peril quest to get to him. Enter through the holy barrier, then go south when you can. He's there, talk to him. Why don't you try using tip.its treasure hunting guide next time? You would have gotten an answer faster than on this forum. People with fluffy pink avatars are generally expected to be nice.
