Ok I have been to the chaos alter like it sais in the tipit guide and I have tried shrugging with all the right equipment on multiple times... What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Is it at the ZMI alter or the chaos alter?

Check one last time that you're equiping the right stuff, and stand by the alter in the east chaos temple...make sure you're in teh right place. (Its north of varrok). Besides that, i don't know what to say
