Newb tip: Good hiding spot for engineers: under APC's so you can repair it and very good protection and you can take out snipers with your smg's so they don't blow it up. You can also do the same with EU tanks and EU jeeps.

Never hide under any vehicle. It's a good way to get killed when you were not the target. And of course, you won't know that till the vehicle is destroyed along with you ;)
