Can f2p toggle controls with him?

 

Ive tried, but it says i haven't gone in the SOS and done dropping randoms enough.

 

So is it that im f2p so it will continue to say that, or is it that i really just have done those things enough. Im pretty sure ive did the dropping itmes during random plenty of times though...
