I'm literally standing right outside fight caves ready to go and do it but I want to make a last minute check to see if I've done anything.

  • 1. Are my stats good enough to get a Fire Cape?

    2. Is my equipment good or should I substitute something (I can't use proselyte over initiate yet because I haven't done the slug menace quest yet)

    3. Is my inventory good (I coppied it straight from muggi's guide)?

    4. Also can you give me a quick summary of stuff I need to remember (for example: make sure auto retaliate is off, use emote's to save prayer while waiting for monsters, best place to lure monsters, ect.)

    5. Also I'm still a bit confused on prayer switching for Jad's attack. I looked at muggi's vid but it was pretty hard for me to tell whehter he was doing the range or the magic attack and I kept on messing up (did prayer switches in lumby while watching the vid).

Oh yea and one more thing, since different waves have different combinations of monsters, which is the priority I should be killing the monsters in.

I know I should be killing the 22's first because they drain your prayer but what about after that (for example if I have a 360, 180, and a 90 on me)?

I recently attempted to conquer the fight caves too, and i failed on jad after a one-hit KO  , although i did get him down to half health.

I think personally that you should exchange one of your Range pots for another sara brew, as 90 range is good enough to finish off things farily quickly, but your 45 defense may hinder you when you come up to the 90's, as they hit pretty hard.

After getting rid of the 22's i suggest you take out the 90's as fast as possible, as they will do the most damage to you throughout the caves, as you pray against all of the higher leveled ones.

Also, the prayer switching is not too difficult once you have overcome his first attack. As long as you can see his feet, it should not be too hard. Always start with range pray on, and if your hear a BOOM-BOOM noise, switch to Mage pray. Have auto retaliate on too.

Hope this helps.

I think your Inv set up is perfect. A tip could be is to count your shots with the c bow so you know when it will degrade. So you can always have a Full C bow to range with. Remember to kill the Bats first. I would suggest that you use a God Cloak for the Pray Bonus also.

edit: also on the last 360 before Jad if you have enough saras and sup restores pot your health to 100 if possible, basically making it impossible for Jad to one hit you.

I think you had pretty good tips up there.

Change the robin for a initiate/proselyte helmet.

Hmm I previously thought claoks required 70 prayer so I never got one.

Thanks for the heads up, that +3 prayer bonus is going to help.
