The center was made to look a little bit empty, I made it for my Xanga (yeah...thats right, I finally started an online journal) so I didn't want much to get in the way of the text, so it would remain easy to read. While it was made to intentionally have nothing going on in the center, I think it actually works when the scene is by itself IMO. If you would like to see the scene as part of what it was intended to be used for, here is my Xanga link.

- Starfield : Good for a first.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Planet: Bad. go to alyn.deviantart.com and find his article (note i didn't say tut) about planets. it will help you a TON. His starfield/nebula stuff is great too.

Thanks, I think as a piece, the planet does really look kind of stupid. As a background for my Xanga, I think it does just fine, though. :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, its all good. I'll work on it some more tomorrow and see if I can get some better looks.
