Why do I have to be a member before I can enchant sapphire jewelry?

any enchants for sapphire jewlery (except for ammy) are members items. if you try a ring (in membs turns into recoil) it wont work on free server. however, try to enchant a sapphire ammy and you will get a mage ammy. this goes for all f2p ammies.

The only jewlery that non-mems can enchant are amulets...other than that its mem :XD:
