I'd say Vannaka in edgeville dungeon. If you find the assignment too hard just Burthorpe it. My philosophy is to go with the highest level one you can go to

It's the best Slaying guide anywhere on the net I recon.

use vanaka, but if you do find it to hard, just use the master in canifis, i forget what his name is though... Besides, you can always burthrope some tasks.
