November 23, 200718 yr they are one of the rarer implings. My understanding is that the respawn locations in puro puro have all now been randomized, so there is no longer a "good" spot. I usually fill up on eclectic, nature and ess implings, and then if i see any Ninja, dragon or Magpies i get a little excited! Best of luck Count

Jeez, that stinks. It's now a lot harder to get implings, but then again catching implings was a bit TOO EASY to get good items because you arent risking anything all your doing is catching an imp and getting good stuff. Nothing lost :D
