Hello guys. I have a few questions. First off, are some quests! I wish to do monkey madness, and fremmenick iles. With my stats, 70 attack, 66 str, 65 def, and 45 prayer. Could I do these? Would I need prayer pots or special stuff like that? Any helpful hints you could give me on those would be awesome!

 

 

 

My range is 45, sad I know, where should I train this? I'd like some nice exp, and drops are always an upside!

Yeah you could, bring some sharks and some prayer bonus armour, its no different than any other quest monster

I would train at moss giants or lesser demons
