GE : MinPricing - Dangerous

This post i writted with hope to explain a bit what is fluent to GE prices and then we players - not Jagex now fatally ruin all prices...

Like you know Grand Exchange (GE) prices don't control jagex, but players who buy or sell something, let's we call Middle item price on GE like Base price, what now happening?

Rule is simple: base prices will change to prices with which almost people buy or sell some item.. then what happen:

Price go down - if nobody buy stuff for base price just for minimal or for less then base price;

Price go up - if nobody sell for min price and sell for highter then middle price;

Like you know: Middle price is base price then when we all sell stuff for min price then min price start to be base price and we (people who not care just sell something freeing bank space) ruin all prices then...

Fact then same do merchanters, solution is to stop it and sell stuff for base price or for highter or less then base if price is not correct, like at the moment prayer potions is less 7k & i think all must start to sell it for max price to get price up, same with other stuff, example: Rune Scimitars - check they price, why this price so low and few days ago been 20k+ - because members get scimitars like drops and they just want to get highter then alching price and don't care then they selling with min price & in same way they drop price down...

We can correct prices by buying and selling for highter price but then we need a lot of money for it, or jagex i think must make some limits of item prices, then price go down but not less some value

P.S. Is good to buy something cheap, but when you later will want to sell it effect of min pricing will make then you newer recover your money, because if all still will keep they price will go to 1gp per some item...!

Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.

In simple terms, coins are becoming more valuable since you can buy more with them, thus, you get less coins for your items when you sell them.

YOU ARE NOT LOOSING MONEY! The money is simply becoming more valuable. You are simply looking at smaller piles of coins with the same value as the large piles you used to have.

Edit:

The situation could have been used to gain money (by selling on w2 or forums shortly after the release of the GE), seeing that this situation was a dead giveaway since the moment the GE was release. Personally I gained money from the GE since the first items I put up for sale were cooked trout, salmon, cod and bass (items that I'd never bother to sell with the old trade system since it would have taken ages), which was all sold for the grand price of 12M but I did not have anything valuable like armour or logs/ores/runes in my bank in bulk, simply had a large pile of cash (Sold most of the junk I had before the release of the GE) so I didn't really loose anything.

Edit2:

Also... I wouldn't count on the prices getting back to what they used to be seeing that the middle man has been cut away from the equation (Merchants and their "services" are no longer needed, you can buy items fast in bulk now without one. There will always be some around though.).

GE is good i don't say then GE is wrong thing, it make then i don't need to waste time on traditional trading on forums or on street.

Bad is just point of view of people then they sell stuff for min price, then they lower prices.. especially if they do profit regulary from some things and try to sell for min price they time by time make it lower..
