December 7, 200718 yr 1. Banks in the following locations: Relleka(sp) Port Khazard 2. An expansion of the Keldagrim/Dorguush-kaan railroad. This could go to the Lumbridge Slayer Cave, or the slayer cave near Keldagrim, and the Goblin Village (new underground area). Maybe even more areas after completing certain quests. 3. The Ability to Teleport Items. Basically the name says it all. This would be a spell requiring 70 magic, for experienced players. This will give you remote access to your bank. However, because of the extreme usefulness of this, it would be expensive. The amount of runes would differ depending on your distance from a bank, but generally it will take a varrying amount of law runes, air runes, and vapor runes.
