I just need a place to train, it kills monks too easily, but wastes my food if i train on lvl 18 zombies, can any1 please suggest a place?

I suggest level 12 Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security until you have atleast 60 Strength, then you can head over to Zombies under Draynor Village.
