I need help or a tip about getting the clue without getting killed.

Help?

I would suggest the 6-item method, bring:

1. Weapon (Dagger or a sword that can slash through a web, which you use to kill the Zamorak wizard)

2. Clue Scroll (Well duh)

3. Sextant

4. Spade

5. Chart

6. Watch

I would suggest that you do the clue early in the morning on weekdays, around 8-11AM european time is good, not many people play then, use world with less than 200 people playing.

Use the teleport in Ardougne to get to high wilderness, logout IMMEDIATLY if you see a white dot on the map, hopefully by this time of the day you should be able to find an empty axe hut in one of the worlds.

If someone manages to attack you, drop Spade, Chart and Sextant to ensure that you only have 3 items on you, thus you keep the clue scroll if you would die. (I usually drop Chart, Sextant and Watch so the pker ends up with NOTHING)

Thats how I would do it.
