Agreed some heads are really big, really thin necks, 3 metre wide shoulders the 1st attempt was better the bottom one looks crouded and really "busy" try and keep the sig cleaner and "fresh" let the characters and main things in the sig stand out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All you had to do to the 1st one was make the shading not as obvious then it would had been a really good sig dont try and add in sooo much detail and take your time keep re-doing things until you have them right.

i cant see the first one. the second one has very dodgy prerportions. i call that 'style' the exagarted style (some parts bigger than norm others small than norm) it could be your style. i only do it on paper when i am really bored. lol.
