April 30, 200521 yr well i saw that post about a faster firefox... i listened to the site and did wat it sed... well i did my weekly virus scan... theres like 2 trojans on my computer in the firefox spot... so i remove firefox.. and scan again.. ALL GONE... so i suggest you leave firefox the way it is and not try to speed it up...
April 30, 200521 yr Chances are you are not getting these through the firefox speed up simply because your not changing anything except a few values, nothing that can make you more pron to attacks. You most likley miss-read or got a hold of some bad software.
April 30, 200521 yr Are you referring to this thread? And are you referring to this program? What virus scanner were you using? Can you remember the exact location and name of the trojans? I've had a look around but can't seem to find anything. I'm sure there'd be plenty of info since Firefox is supposed to be so secure and all. If you are referring to the program I mentioned above, well I guess you should've followed the advice of Hannibal and I in that thread. Please post a hijackthis log to ensure you've not got anything else malicious on your pc. Where the bloody hell are you?
