What's the point of a mage tanker?

 

Let's say, i have an account with 90 mage and 90 defense, what would it be good for?

Bounty Hunter? According to the combat calculator, you could have 99 defense, 99 hp, 90 magic and 52 prayer at level 99 combat... Other then that - have fun at Castle Wars?
