PKing still exists, but yes, Pures seems to be largely obsolete except in specific circumstances.

Why is EVERYONE so blind!? It's getting ridiculous, all of these "OMFG END OF PURES FFS@#!@@" Honestly, if you think for half a minute, then you realized these level caps are the perfect things for pures, espicially when the pures are in a large group! The whole point of a pure is the exact same with BH...

Tanks will own harder then pures at bounty hunter imo
