well they said in the update there was none, but then said there was a target thing that we can pk, im so confuzled, r we allowed to pk or not?

bounty hunter is supposed to be the new PK.

 

 

 

but its not the same, runescape is ruined IMO.

 

 

 

no we will not be able to go PKing anymore, wildy is not comming back.

 

 

 

the target thing is supposed to be something in bounty hunter where you are given a target and you have to kill them to get points.
