Skill_Caster
My family recently got a new set of wireless phones, labeled 'Wi-Fi' friendly. I tested them out with my Wii, and the internet speed changed significantly between our old phones (which interfered with our router) and our new ones. Also, it's going to be hard to run a 100ft cable through the basement, and I decided to look into the alternative Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter. I think it would personally be alot easier to plug it in and type in a code than drill a bunch of holes and the like. If anyone here has one, please tell me your experiences. Is it decently fast? Enough to host games without too much noticeable lag? (My Wii is connected via a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connector (same ft distance), works fine, which is connected to my PC, which is connected to our Linksys WRT54G router.) Please do not post things like 'omfg u nub dnt pay 100 dllrz 4 a peace o crazpzzpzzzz'. :) -Skill Caster
runescapeloser22
So you didn't buy the 100 ft cable? :( Wireless adapters normally work fine, but sometimes theres lag, why not use a cable? It's only like 3-4 tiny holes to drill depending on where you are in the house.
Straw_Hat
i have the adapter, if the speed you're connected at is fast then you won't experience much lag but like all connections, if alot of people are sharing the same connection then you're online gameplay will hinder also depends on your NAT Kaizoku
