well as you know people can make tables and such, and sell them.. well you can buy that table, but can you "plant" it in your house if you below the req. lvl that it needs to make it?

 

 

 

example. like if im lvl 50 construction, can i buy gilded altar from someone, and then plant it in my house and be able to use it?

first: guilded altar isn't flatpackable

 

second: yes, someone with 1con can use a flatpack of lets say a mahagony bookcase and put it in their house. (the person that makes the flatpack gets the xp when making it; the person planting the flatpack in ther house doesn't need any con-level, but also doesn't get any xp)
